Every Referral Agent signs this agreement electronically before using the platform. Your signed copy is stored securely and available for download in your dashboard.
Referral Agents appoints the Referral Agent as an independent, non-exclusive referral partner. The Referral Agent is not an employee, agent or representative of Referral Agents or of any business partner, and may not conclude any agreement on their behalf.
The Referral Agent may only submit Qualified Referrals: a person who has requested a product or service, has agreed to be contacted, provides correct contact details, meets the qualification criteria and has not previously been referred. Only Qualified Referrals qualify for commission.
Referral Agents verifies every referral before allocating it to one of its selected business partners. Referral Agents has sole discretion over verification outcomes, allocation and the identity of the business partner. Businesses are managed privately and are not disclosed on the platform.
Commission becomes payable once the referral meets the agreed commission requirements for the relevant industry and the business partner has confirmed the outcome. Approved commission is paid directly to the banking details on the Referral Agent's profile. Rejected, duplicate and cancelled referrals do not attract commission.
The Referral Agent confirms that every referred person has consented to being contacted and to their information being shared with Referral Agents and an allocated business partner. Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
The Referral Agent may not misrepresent Referral Agents or any business partner, may not make pricing or product promises, and may not submit false, incentivised or harvested referrals. Breach may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
This agreement remains in force until terminated by either party on written notice. Commission approved before termination remains payable.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
